Spent last night scrappin with a girlfriend.. What Fun!
I was able to finish up a page I wanted to do for the 5k that Matt & I ran together in May. I really like the way it turned out and it came together Crazy quick! Love that even better. I can't wait to finish up this current page Layout that I am working on..It is so cute already.. Just have to add the finishing touches.. Hope to do that tonight and post that page tomorrow.. Hope you all have a super night..

Ok Bloggers...So where have I been??? I really have been working on projects, I guess I just get so sidetracked that it takes me a couple of days to finish up things before I can post them...Wowzas you should see my studio space right now...EEEKSSS! It is really Messy... more than just the usual of course.. Anyways, back to my post- In this picture I have a set of Hat Nesting boxes given to me by my neighbor(who just knew I could do something CRAFTY with them), she was going to put them out for Salvation Army pickup.. Ha Ha-I scored BIG!

Super Cute right?? I covered it with Mod Podge and a Crazy Cheap Wrapping paper I found out-n-about..I still may jazz it up a bit, but it is currently going to be used to hold tiny little pet shop toys in the playroom, so I thought for now I better leave it simply. I do have 2 more though, and I hope to jazz those up for some of my Scrap supplies very soon.. Let me know whatcha' think?

I did manage to get a smidge of crafting in this morning.. believe it or not. I made this Super cute little hair tie for Serena. She loved it and it was so easy to make.

Here are a couple of other pics I managed to take this morning at our local parade in Cascade...the kids had a Great! time and Christian figured out fast how to get some candy :)

Well, this is the first time that I have actually done that & I don't think that this card turned out too bad.. I think I will send this to my Grams whose Bday is coming up in a couple of weeks. Hi there, here is my 12x12 version of Mother's Day. Sometimes it is hard to adjust my pages for size, but this one wasn't too bad.
I think it turned out pretty cute and now I am onto one of the many other pages I have to do..

Manhattan Flower-

Morning bloggers..I thought I would share this beautiful card I made with one of Stampin' Up!'s embossing folders.. I just love it. I ran it through my big shot and then cut away the negative space with my craft knife. I used white core cardstock and sanded the image, then glitzed it up with some accent glitter. Pretty cute, don't you think? I hope you all have a happy Tuesday-I think I am going to do some much needed cleaning around my house and in my studio space. Be back hopefully tomorrow.. :)

Happy Father's Day-
I hope you all had a nice Father's Day! , we sure did and what a weekend we had. We started out Saturday by meeting some friends(whom we haven't seen in a very long time) in downtown Chicago.. So much fun, but I think it may have been a bit much for the kiddies. We spent Father's Day at Millennium Park, and had such a good time (aside from the Crazy HOT temp), it was really nice. I had never been there before so it was a really nice treat for me. I hope you all enjoyed yourselves.. Just thought I would take a minute and upload only a few of the nice pictures I got. Christian is still really not into the whole picture taken theory, so didn't get a great one of them all together, but who cares I will just mention his picture issues in my journaling when I scrapbook this day.. Simple Birthday Masculine-
Hi there- Here is a card I put together just by coloring a stamp with markers..couldn't be easier..I added stickles to the candles and used my white gel pen to add something extra to my print pattern background stamp.. Give it a try..Have a super weekend Everyone...
We are heading out early tomorrow for an overnite-so hopefully I will be back in time to post Happy Father's wishes to all the dad's out there.. :)

Another Recycle-
Ok-Bloggers, don't be mad with all my recycles, but I just love re-using what you have..
So here is a bag that we received from our 5K race sponsors..It has there Company name & logo on the front.. So here is the BEFORE- And here is the AFTER...
Whatcha' think? Here is the bag all jazzed up and ready to give to my hubs for Father's Day! I posted his card a couple of days ago and so here is the bag to match..I think it turned out GREAT!! I painted a clothes pin that I had laying around white, then attached a couple more stars with some ribbon. Simply clipped it to the top to finish it off.. :)

Gift Giving-

Hi there- Ok, so lately I have had a ton of gifts to give, so I have really been into jazzing up the ordinary..

So here is a little something I put together for a friend and "It could not have been easier"-2 seconds really. I took an ordinary lunch sack, cut a fun edge and then tied a few butterflies from my SU die..Now don't get me wrong, I realize that this isn't some "Award Winning" gift ensemble, but I guess my point is"IMAGINE THE POSSIBILITIES" !!!

Think of how cute just using a colored lunch would be or tying these butterflies onto a gift bag and using ribbon on the handles.. I am just hoping to inspire you.. :) Hope it works.. Have a Good one!

Well, here is the last page to complete my son's 1-2yr 6x6 album. Here is a smaller version of what my Mother's Day page will look like- I think my title says it all. Happy Hump Day! everyone and I will be back tomorrow with yet another post..I am on a roll :)

Bad to the Bone!- Here is a page I put together of my son's 1st Tat.. It was a pirate Skull and Cross bones..Very cute! I did a bit of sewing just to accent the corner and embossed "First"..This page came together very quick..I love it-I have lots more to post so check back tomorrow.. Have a Great Day!

Another Father's Day!-

Last one..Just finished this one up last night & I think it turned out pretty good. I cut the space out from the front of this card with my curvy square punch. I ran that bottom piece of paper through an embossing folder then sanded it. Well-I know it is very basic, but I hope you like it. Thanks for stopping by-be back tomorrow.

Father's Day!-

So with Father's day right around the corner I was busy this weekend putting together a few-4 to be exact.. :) I Love this embossing folder and I used it on white core paper then took my versa mark pen and colored over just the bird and used gold powder..After that I lightly sanded the whole thing.. I think the end result is pretty nice for a Masculine card that is.. :)

Hi there- Thought I would goof around today with my machine..I die cut some stars and then attached them to a burp cloth.. This is really a Rough Draft of what I hope to be able to put together, but this is a nice start. Hi there-I have yet another recycle to share..I am hoping this is it for a while..Now onto some scrappin and Father's Day!. So here to the Left is a not so attractive gift bag given to me at some point in time from ???. I am sure you all have a boat load of these not so nice bags stashed somewhere..Well-time to pull them out and Jazz them up a bit!

Surprisingly with just a couple of buttons added and a really dressed up gift tag this gift is really cute! It looks much better in person, but I know that I would love to receive this little gem for my birthday. This gift if for our little friend Lila who turned 5 last week and we are going to celebrate with her next weekend.. :) Well, hope you are all having a Great week so far..

A Simple Recycle Idea-
Hi there Bloggers..Well I have a lot of gifts to give over the next couple of weeks, between birthdays and Father's Day..I am going to be busy, busy, busy..
Anyways-As most of you know, I generally make gift tags (in place of b-day cards) for the little ones in my life..

With that being said, here is a Super Simple Idea..I took a card that I didn't particularly care for(made at a stamp camp a long while back) and with a couple of modifications I put together this cute little tag..
Super Cute don't you think??
Well, I hope this inspires you to maybe recycle that card that you have been hanging onto forever and give it a "Face Lift".. :)

Wow Wow Wubbzy-

Hi there, well don't know if there are any "Wow Wow" fans out there..? I on the other hand know a bunch of little Wow Wow fans.. :) My son loves this little character and believe it or not, Wow Wow stuff is really hard to find..(Birthday Greetings that is). I print and cut out this little guy from the Nick Jr. website-I also colored him in with my gel markers to assure that he was a Very Bright Yellow. This gift tag is for one of my daughters little girl friends and I just know that she is going to Love it!..

I am on a roll-Isn't this just the cutest picture..My son making his Now Very Famous.."Silly Face!" He loves doing this and you can pretty much see him doing this face when ever he starts acting CRAZY-Which being a BOY is quite a bit..So Cute..

Dino-mite boy!-

Just finished another 6x6-Man alive this was a royal pain. I cut the felt letters using my Quickutz and my Big Shot, and I suppose that part wasn't too bad, but after I ran the letters through my Xyron sticker machine....HOLY COW!!!

Talk about being in a Sticky situation??? I will definitely have to find a better way to adhere these letters if I ever decide to do this again..Thank goodness for Thickers. :))

My Dino-mite son had the best time at the Dinosaur Exhibit, he was just the cutest..xox Handsome Man!

Ok..Believe it or NOT I have been scrappin lately..I just haven't shared anything recently as I am working on my sons 6x6 album. Since I am a bit behind with it, I have been playing catch up and well, 95% of the pages are just duplicates of pages that I have already posted-Only smaller versions. This page however isn't a duplicate and I just LOVE the way it turned out. My little BOY-he was so scared this day, but he made it through with flying colors-Way to go! Luv You!

Hope all is well..I know I have been a really bad blogger lately-Sorry :( I have however been busy doing some studio clean up and organization..Long overdue. :) I did some scrappin Friday night..hopefully I will be able to post something in a day or two. Hooked on Reality TV- Ok-so as most of you know...I haven't had too much luck when it comes to picking my "Want to be Winners" from Reality TV...So I am pleased to say that in the course of 3 days-2 of my favorites have taken home the trophy...Yeah!...As you can see Shawn Johnson took home the Glitter Ball last night from DWTS, and on Sunday JT. was the Big winner from Survivor...Yipee-Yahoo! Congrats :)
